It’s located at the shore of the beautiful Tai Lake, adjacent to 312 national highway and Wuxi-Yixing highway, so the transportation is quite convenient. To adapt to the requirements of the market, the company has enhanced the production technological contents continuously and invested about 30 million Yuan on the establishment of metal plate center in 2003. Apart from that, it has purchased high-precision sheet-metal processing equipments such as L3030 numerical control laser cutting machine of German Trumpf, BYSTAR4020 laser cutting machine of Switzerland Bytronic, HYB250-30 nine-axis numerical control hydraulic bending machine from Japan and so on successively. In 2005, the company invested 35 million Yuan to establish a CNC processing center, and purchased 55 internationally advanced vertical machining centers such as HURCO from America, OKUMA and FANUC from Japan etc. and 6 precision numerically controlled lathe like OKUMA from Japan. To ensure quality and improve the detection methods, the company is equipped with high-precision testing equipments such as Brown & Sharpe 9128 CMM from America, PJ-A3010F-200 projector from Japan Mitutoyo, SJ-201 surface roughometer and CX-I height gauge from Germany Mahr.
